Personal Training


Get tailored personal training that suits you – I design sessions around your personal goals, using a combination of:


  1. kettlebell training,

  2. boxing for fitness,

  3. strength and conditioning,

  4. gym work and nutrition.


You can concentrate on one area, or use a blend of all five.  Sessions are brilliant for stress-busting, calorie burning and fitness improving! I use principles and techniques that have been working for decades and refined for training today.
